Cadres are the oldest members, meaning they have the longest experience of Girl Guiding inside Association des Guides du Rwanda. Some of them have also been part of the National Bureau, and thus know how it works inside the association. All this makes them the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the entire Association, which is an invaluable asset.
With this knowledge the Cadres mission is to support the association by advising its members, the youngest as well as those with the most responsibilities. The support is precious and their opinions are taken into account.
But they also have other missions. One of their missions is to speak out to make the Association known to the various governmental and non-governmental actors. They must advocate the interests of the association in order to ensure its proper development. They also participate as trainers in the various training courses offered by the AGR.
Another of their missions is to participate in the search for funds for the different programs proposed by the movement.
